Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2961 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §16-1-9, and §16-1-9a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to covered categories of water supply systems, procedures for determining required installations, and customer rights in response to the commissioner’s authority to require that certain water supply systems connected to a public water supply to be equipped with a backflow prevention assembly.”
